Returning your order

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order via USPS or a carrier of your choice. Return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns via USPS: For U.S. orders only, a USPS return label will be included with your order. If you choose to use the enclosed optional USPS label for your return package, a fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund upon processing of your return. To return your order via USPS, use the USPS return label in your package and affix the label to the outside of your package. Place this form inside the package.

Returns via other carriers: If you choose to use another carrier of your choice you will be responsible for all shipping fees charged by the carrier you've selected. We cannot refund any fees charged by that carrier. Please keep the tracking number provided by your carrier for your records as proof of your return shipment. Enclose this form in your package.

Return Policy

Refunds are issued in the original method of payment.

• Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

• After 30 days, no refund or credit will be issued.

• All returned merchandise MUST be in "as-received" condition with all tags attached. If item(s) is soiled, stained, damaged, worn, used, ripped, torn or in other than "as-received" condition, the item will not be considered for an exchange or a refund at our discretion.

• Once your return has been received please allow 10-15 business days for your return to processed.   Please allow two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. Clearance items are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Canadian residents, please note duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Need an exchange? Your new order ships free! (U.S. Only!)

Place your new order online. During checkout, indicate "Exchange Order" and your Original Order Number in the comments box. The shipping fee for your new order will be refunded when the order ships. U.S. orders only.

Exchanges for color and size are easy! Simply send your original order back for a refund and place your new order online as indicated above or call our customer service associates and we'll take care of it for you.
