Quick Cardio Combo

1. PENCIL JUMPS: Begin with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent, arms out to sides. Jump straight up, squeezing the legs and ankles together while doing so and pushing the arms down to the sides of the body. Land back in wide stance and knees bent.
2. FROG HOPS: Start with feet shoulder-width apart. As you jump up, shoot the knees out wide and feet come together underneath the pelvis, forming a diamond shape from the knees to the feet. Reach the hands towards the heels and land with knees slightly bent.
3. DOLPHIN KICKS: The opposite hand reaches to tap the outer side of the opposite knee, slightly twisting at the torso to reach. Alternate at a regular pace or speed it up for more of a challenge, keeping the stomach muscles tight.
