Return Policy
EXCHANGE PRIVILEGES:If you are dissatisfied with the product/products you have ordered, you may exchange the purchased products for a different size or style.
To exchange:
(1) go to www.swimandsweat.com and determine the difference in cost between the original suit(s) and the replacement suit(s).
(2) return the original suit(s) unworn WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND LINERS with a copy of the original invoice and a note explaining the suit you want as a replacement.
(3) A PERSONAL CHECK MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE AMOUNT OF $7.75 for U.S. exchanges (Priority Mail shipping/handling fee) PLUS or MINUS ANY DIFFERENCE OWED ON THE EXCHANGE.
Please add $1.00 to cover EACH additional item being exchanged.
The exchanged item(s) must be sent back to the Flemington store location at the buyer's expense. All exchanges must be made within 20 days of original purchase.

* If you are completely unsatisfied you can get a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Return the item to us in new condition - unworn, undamaged and without stains or perfume, in the original packaging and with all labels and tags attached so that it is received in our store within 20 days of the invoice date..

Security Policy
Our checkout system uses the latest High Grade 256-bit encryption Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

If there is a problem with any purchase, your credit card company will most likely remove that

U.S. Orders:Your items will be shipped USPS (Priority Mail) or UPS GROUND (your choice) as these are the least expensive options that give us an ability to verify that you received your order. In the case of UPS shipping, you pay the actual shipping fee as determined by ups.com plus $3.00 for handling.
Priority mail is a flat rate of $7.75 for US orders for one item (additional charges as determined by usps.com for two or more items).
You will be able to view your exact shipping charges prior to final checkout and edit them prior to payment.
Your purchase will normally be shipped within two business days of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Shipments (USA only) In the event that an order has not been received within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of a shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@swimandsweat.com.
If USPS or UPS tracking indicates that an order has not been delivered in 30 (thirty) days from the date of shipment (the allotted delivery period established by USPS), then we will issue a full credit or replacement of order at the customer's discretion.
If USPS or UPS tracking confirms that your order was delivered, and you are not in receipt of it, we recommend that you first contact your local Post Office or UPS where it is possibly being held for you.
If USPS or UPS tracking confirms an order has been delivered, and you are not in receipt of it, then any dispute you have MUST be addressed with USPS or UPS directly. Delivery is assumed and designated as such by Swim & Sweat and the customer to be complete when confirmed as delivered by the USPS or UPS tracking system. Customers assume all risks and responsibility for the safety of a shipment upon delivery. Swim & Sweat cannot be responsible for theft or loss of delivered goods, and assumes no such liability.
Mail theft and mail fraud (i.e., the false reporting of stolen or unreceived mail) are federal crimes. We are happy to assist USPS and UPS authorities and our customers by providing any documentation that may be helpful in reporting and/or recovering a lost shipment.
return to topHow do I care for my swimsuit?
Endurotex and Krinkle swimuits are 100% polyester and will resist the negative effects of chlorine . The soft cups and tummy control panels do contain fibers that will deteriorate over time when exposed to chlorine (usually about 1 year).
We suggest that you rinse you swimsuit in cold water and line dry after each use in order to preserve the integrity of your swimsuit. Do NOT use in a washing machine or wash with any bleaching agent, including Woolite.
Better yet try SUIT SAVER and EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOUR SWIMSUIT!

You will only be charged sales tax if you live in the states of Florida or Pennsylvania.
return to topHow long will my new swimsuit last?
That depends on a large number of factors. Chlorine exposure varies according to the amount of chemicals being used, the frequency of exposure, and the care taken to remove excess chlorine from your swimsuit each time it is worn.
Endurotex, Krinkle and Chloroban fabrics will last much longer than conventional swimwear fabrics. Xtra Life Lycra will only last slightly longer than conventional lycra swimsuits. You can learn more here
The terms "chlorine resistant" and "chlorine proof" refer to the above fabrics and their ability to resist the fading and deterioration that chlorine exposure produces on normal swimwear. Please be aware that all linings and soft cup bras used in our swimwear have a spandex content that may NOT be resistant to chlorine exposure. Therefore , while your swimsuit fabric should hold up well over a reasonable time frame, the bra and linings will be the first areas to show fatigue and stretch.
Due to all the above variables we do not offer or imply that our swimwear will last any specific amount of time. We do believe that our swimsuits will last longer than conventional swimsuits.
